Kaprice Server is the in-house engine our humans direct. Fine-tuned per brand on lookbooks, archives, packshots, voice samples, brand guidelines, and the things you only said in meetings. It does not replace the writer. It writes the hundredth headline so the writer can keep the first.
The pipeline — 流れ
We bring your archive in. Decks, scripts, lookbooks, packshots, brand books, the customer-service replies your founder secretly wrote. Average corpus: 4,200 documents.
A fine-tune pass against a frontier base model — voice, vocabulary, taboo list, signature image grammar. Our humans review every checkpoint. Time: 7–14 days.
Our creative directors run the instance the way a photographer runs a shoot — briefs, takes, picks, kills. Output ratio: ~120 generated, 1 shipped.
Final assets pass a human QC and a brand-fidelity score. Anything below 0.92 returns. We keep the model after. It only gets sharper. Brand-fidelity floor: 0.92.
Your data tunes your model. Your model never trains anyone else's.
Nothing ships without a creative director's name on it. The Server proposes; we sign.
If a face in an asset is generated, it is labelled. We tell you, you tell the audience.
If we part ways, you get the weights. The model leaves with you.
